hello, the other day i went swimming with a tooth ache and the next morning it was gone but i had an earache in my right ear. I used a hot compress and the pain faded and i went about my day however i awoke today with my left ear now aching too along with a sore throat, a cough, a runny nose, and a possible fever. The pain has faded but it still aches a tiny bit however my biggest concern is that everything sounds muffled now and i ve been dizzy all day. am i just sick or is this something serious?
