What Causes Toothache And Headache With Decreased Hearing?

hi, I recently have been having aches on my tooth but when I went to the dentist they said my teeth were absolutely since then I have had severe headaches and now decreased hearing in one of my ears the pain isn't bad at all just decreased hearing and minor headaches I'm assuming it is some kind of sinus infection?

Hi thanks for asking question.

You could have sinusitis like infection that can lead headache but usually it doesn't lead hear loss.For it sinus x ray can done.

Rinne and weber test with fork done to differentiate between conductive and sensorineural hearing loss.

You have to do your otoscopy examination.
If impacted wax is present then also it can lead conductive hear loss.
Tympanic membrane inflammation or retraction might be present that is diagnosed by otoscopy.

If sensorineural hearing loss present then inner ear problem has to be searched.
