What Causes Trembling And Cramping Of Ribs And Upper Abdomen?

I had experienced my organs trembling today so bad that the movement was visible through my shirt. but now tonight I am having some sort of cramping in my ribs and upper abdomen in the middle of my ribs and near and under my crib cage. This is all very strange to me. I m not sure what to make of it.

I will like that you monitor and see if these symptoms would recur again. Though they are suggestive of something like anxiety, we still need ore information through monitoring before concluding and proposing a treatment plan for this.
