What Causes Tremors And Numbness In The Hands?
I m 19 years old and I recently started to experience trembling in both hands. It started with a tremor in my left thumb only when I extend it outward. Then it started in the same way in my other thumb and my hands feel numb. I type a lot and I use the computer freuqently. What is this likely to be?

I would suggest you do a blood test and also thyroid hormones.
Sometimes hypoglycemia or hyperthyroidism gives tremor in limbs.
Also, don't overuse caffeine or alcohol.
