What Causes Tremors In Lower Spine, Fever And Diarrhea With Crohn's?

I have suffered from Crohn's for 21 years. I have an odd question, I am experiencing a vibrating sensation in the lower spine, with a fever, and cramping towards the middle and left side of my belly, and some diahrrea. I am heading to the doctor tomorrow, but was curious if anyone heard of such symptoms. I also take coumadin to prevent blood clots (I had a previous PE) and my PT INR was high, so coumadin was halted until I am seen tomorrow. All strange symptoms and all things I have not experienced before!

Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Fever, tremors, pain and diarrhea can be due to any superimposed infection or exacerbation of crohn's. It is wise to get review consultation with your primary gastroenterologist, as planned.
