What Causes Tremors In The Hands And Sudden Hearing Loss?

Hi. I ve been aware of my PD for 3 years. My dominant symptoms are tremors and spasms in my arms and hands, sudden hearing loss, nightmares and chattering teeth. My neurologist thinks that the meds that I tried were unsuccessful in helping me. She thinks I may be a candidate for DBS... my question: I m 65, I used to be a professional guitarist. Is there much chance of DBS helping my ability to play?
