General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The tremors are symptoms that occur most commonly in Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or essential tremor.

Internal tremors are not harmful, but they be can be worrying and may interfere with a person's daily life.

They are not related to any disease that you mentioned in the query. I suggest consulting a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
