Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I underwent bypass surgery of single artery, i.e.on 7.5.14, yesterday when i went for a checkup, in echo it has been written trivial mr/tr. I am 60 year old male otherwise my echo is normal. The dr did not mentionanything about it . Will I have any problem in future, I am a bit anxious
Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern I would like to explain that "trivial" means non-important. The normal heart may have physiological insignificant valve regurgitation; this is not considered abnormal. So, nothing to worry about. Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
