What Causes Trouble In Concentrating And Processing Information?

I am a freshmen in college and I m noticing that I have trouble concentrating and processing information. I can t remember things and I feel nervous in class. I think I may have some anxiety issues. I struggled with this in high school, but it seems worse now.

Sorry to hear about the ordeal, but I applaud you for noticing that something is wrong, I believe that you need to talk to a counselor and or psychiatrist before it is too late to help you, you may need medications or behavioral interventions to cope with your anxiety.
