Dear user, thanks for the query. Too many times; a disturbed sleep pattern is indicative of imbalanced sedentary lifestyle and/or underlying stress/depression/anxiety disorder. Since your cholesterol is on higher side, its indicative of imbalanced life style with probably sedentary habits. Hence, first try & fix a daily 30 minutes daily exercise schedule & additionally a fixed sleeping time & waking up time. Do you also have other problems like easy irritability, constant lethargy, low mood, decreased appetite etc.? Does your bed partner reports that you tend to snore at night? If any/all of these are a YES; then consult a Psychiatrist for evaluation & management of underlying depressive/anxiety disorder or obstructive sleep apnoea which can be treated by various medications depending upon your clinical profile. Good Luck
