What Causes Trouble In Urinating After Waiting Long Periods?
I have trouble urinating after waiting long periods such as overnight, or even maybe out with friends having drinks. Any idea what could cause this? It almost feels like my bladder swells and I have to force the first time...then in a few minutes, maybe 15 or 20 I can go again and empty my bladder. Any advice?

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned your age and gender here because it is highly related with that as for example in male it could be due to prostrate enlargement if you are above 40 years of age hope this information concern.
