I research about this things they said maybe it s a insomnia and eating disorder is this the symptoms? Help me please.
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. You have sleep for more than 9 hours which is sufficient but have problems of falling sleep in night. This can occur due to early insomnia. In early insomnia individuals find it difficult to fall asleep while once they get sleep they sleep normally. In early insomnia medicines like Z drugs as Zolpidem, Zopiclone etc are commonly used and have excellent results.
The problem of tiredness in day time is occurring most likely due to non refreshing sleep and this also need proper evaluation. With the drugs I have mentioned your sleep will become sound and the tiredness will decrease.
Trouble in eating can also be an associated symptom. This could point to some depressive episode. Please visit a doctor for help and evaluation.
