Tiredness has two aspects.
Mental fatigue and physical fatigue. Physical fatigue along with pleasant mind triggers sleep which can be termed sound. Mental fatigue is actually
stress. Even though you have physical fatigue, combined with mental fatigue, sleep shall be disturbing, never sound.
Check your stress level. Working throughout the day, doing so many things, is good for health. But, stress is stress. Don't compel you to do so. Please allot time for entertainment. Games, songs, movies, spending time with children etc. Keep your mind stress free when you go to sleep.
Meditation helps at this.
