Hi,

Visual symptoms with Migraine are very common. These symptoms are usually in the form of an aura coming before headache. However, frequently these symptoms may be present in some cases during attack of headache also. In fact in some cases these visual symptoms may be present even without headache. Tunnel vision is also one of the negative visual symptom of migraine.

The frequency of these symptoms may vary from time to time, some times coming very frequent and other time they may not be present at all for some period. Ringing in ears (symptom of tinnitus many a times) may also be associated with migraine accompanied with visual symptoms or alone. In fact person with migraine has 3 times more chances of getting tinnitus than the general population without migraine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
