What Causes Twinges In Lower Abdomen And Bloating While On Gonal-F?

I am 30 year female with pcos. I have been tracking my ovulation along with my doctor as I was on gonal f for ovulation. My doctor asked me to do a urine test for pregnancy on 20th of December as I was expecting my periods on the day. I took a test today which came out negative. Have no signs of pregnancy other then tired, twinges in my lower abdomen on both sides and bloating. My question is am I still be pregnant or something terrible is happening to me.

please just wait and watch..as sometimes menses may come week early or late..tiredness cramps r also common pre menstrual..n Urine test also comes positive after a week..so hope for the best..don't take medicine to release periods..avoid stress.dont over exert..be happy.
