What Causes Twisting Of Hands And Weakness In A Person Suffering With Alzheimer S?

Hello, my mom has alzheimers 1st stage but recently she has been more paranoid, weak, taking steps instead of walking regular, asking what do i do now, her hands curl up at times and holds forks and food different, what could be wrong, this has been a couple of days now out of nowhere?
