What Causes Twitching And Numbness In Arm While Undergoing Frustration?

Hi,I just had an instance where I became a little frustrated you know the time when you clench your upper body and your fists and you kind of growl in anger? at that point my left arm started twitching uncontrollably and went numb is there a reason for concern? It s much less numb now only 6 minutes later.
