What Causes Twitching In Legs And Arms?

I am a 56 year old male. I am having twitching in my legs and arms. Similar to when your eye twitches. Sometimes when I'm laying in bed my leg cramps and my foot turns down. I also have the sensation throughout my body as if something is crawling under my skin.
