yes, pls. a friend of mine tripped and fell on his forehead Wednesday evening on concrete. he said he was out for about 20 minutes. I saw him last evening and he is mumuring, has jerking limbs and wants to just SLEEP......he s adamant about not going to er......what do I do....???? call ems??
