What Causes Twitching In The Left Eye And Numbness In The Left Arm?

My left eye has been twitching a lot lately and my left arm is going to sleep. I ve been working a lot lately and I am tired all the time. I ve had both my thyroids removed due to cancer 15 years ago. It seems like I ve not had the levels under control since they were removed. What would cause these symptoms? I m a 43 year old female.
