Hi,

Tab Pantoprazole (Protonix) for a week. If you are not pregnant or breastfeeding then you can take it early in the morning, empty stomach. Urea breath test and abdomen X-ray (plain) are recommended. Just to be on the safe side do ECG, ESR, CBC if not done before. Eat fruits, boiled vegetables, juices, antioxidants (aloe vera in excess i.e., lots if eaten can lead constipation). Take tab Natalins Rx for a week. Just once, pulmonary function tests are recommended, this is if sound is produced while breathing.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
