As per your query you have twitching of eyes also known as blepharospasm . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like fatigue , stress , caffeine , bell's palsy , cervical spondylosis , dystonia and multiple sclerosis . There is no need to panic there is very rare chances of tumor and in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to fatigue , bell's palsy or multiple sclerosis . I would suggest you to take proper rest , avoid alcohol intake , caffeine intake and wash your eyes with cold water . If condition persist or get worse then consult ophthalmologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant or treat with botulinum toxin (Botox) injections.
