What Causes Twitching Of Thumb And Left Arm?
My left thump has been involuntary movement several time a day and it last about 30 seconds each time. I noticed last night that the twitching at the mid of my left arm too. All this happen for the last 2 day and the twitching still happen this morning.

It can happen after nerve contusion following sleeping in an abnormal posture and prolonged physical activities also.
Generally it will settle by itself.
If twitches persist you can consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
A detailed evaluation is required including a nerve conduction study is required.
