What Causes Twitching Sensation And Headache At Back Of Head?

Hi I am am 32 year old female, 5 6 and 115 lbs, I have had a twitching in the back of my head. It feels like a vien is twitching. I don t have a headache. But I also and feeling dizzy/having vertigo whenever I get up or wake up. The twitch was on the bottom of the left side of my head, but i recently had it again a little higher on my head.

The vertigo and dizziness may be related to the middle ear issues. I think you should get checked by an ENT doctor.
