What Causes Twitching Sensation In The Legs Along With Blurred Vision?

What type of specialist should I pursue? My 15 y.o. daughter is having problems with leg twitches and eye fog. The same issue surfaced several years ago (12 yrs. old) and many things were ruled out but nothing really found. Ended up seeing a Lyme specialist for a while and eventually symptoms dissipated. She recently had the flu and as she was recovering, the former symptoms surfaced again. I am at a loss as to how to help her and what type of doctor I should contact. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can consider taking her to a neurologist for assessment.

A neurologist would be able to take a look at the back of the eye and also would be able to do neurological tests to assess the twitches.

I hope this helps.
