What Causes Twitching Sensation In The Right Foot?
Hi, I m a male. Right before I orgasm, I feel a vein in my right foot twitch/vibrate. It s not painful, it s more like a release, or as if pressure is rushing through the vein. Why is that? Could it be that vein is connected to my penis or scrotum somehow?

During orgasm sudden release of prolactin in to your circulation lead to some weakness or muscle twitching feeling it is common in total body and lower limbs.
So it is not a vein twitch and vein won't twitch. So don't worry. Use tablet zincovit once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
