Hi, thanks for using Healthcare Magic.
I understand your concern.
Have you ever feel this before or are you currently suffering from another illness? Like diarrhea for example. Have you experienced this before? Do you feel these complaints during the day or occasionally?
A twitching body is probably a twitch in a muscle called
fasciculation. Twitch muscle is caused by a sudden
muscle contraction that we can not control. Muscle tingling can occur anywhere in our body parts and the appearance is usually not necessarily. If not accompanied by other symptoms, usually this muscle twitch is not dangerous. Fasciculations can be caused by:
1. Fatigue
2. Lack of minerals such as magnesium
3.
Dehydration / lack of fluids
4. Electrolyte imbalances
5. Symptoms of certain neurological diseases such as
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Distonia, Bell's Palsy, and other neurological diseases.
Most of the causes of muscle twitching are harmless, but if you are concerned you may
consult a neurologist, if necessary, your neurologist will perform a muscle examination with an EMG (electromyogram) or other investigation.
Some tips worth trying:
1. Get enough rest
2. Eat a healthy diet
3. Avoid smoking, alcohol and narcoticas.
That's the answer from me.
I hope you get well soon.
Take care.
