What Causes Two Hard Red Bumps On The Clitoris?

I have a couple of hard red bumps on my clitoris and around it. They burn when urine hits it. Could it be genital warts or herpes? There is also a red, irritated circle all around the opening to the vagina. I am also extremely fatigued and have back and abdominal pain. My medical history includes MS, Sarcoidosis , and possibly lupus. Not on steroids now. Frequent pneumonia and UTI s. Fibromyalgia and arthritis. And many other diagnosis. But my pain problem now, is the painful red bumps on my privates. Hurts to pee, walk or have sex. Could it be contagious to my partners? Would antibiotics help? I m a little embarrassed, but should I go to the ER tonight? Before one of my dates come over?
