What Causes Unconsciousness Along With Sweating And Dizziness?

My friend 63 years old passed out sitting in a movie. she took a long time to come-to. she was sweating a lot, dizzy and disorietated. I got her water and then she threw up. she is shakey and has a terrible headache now. The back of her neck hurts now. Should be go to the hospital?

This is some thing which needs to be investigated, you must take her to a doctor.
An EKG and a ct scan head need to be take to rule out any heart or brain involvement to rule out.
