What Causes Uncontrollable Sugar Levels Despite Being On Zita-Met?

i take zitamet, one in morning and one in evening, but for the last my fasting sugar remains in the range 135-150. I am non smoker, nor drink and the weight according to standards of height weight relationship.Should i change by medicine or increase dosage. I take in controlled quantity carbohydrates and no sugar.

Diabetes can progress so that a person can be controlled on diet initially, to increasing doses of medications.

The fasting and pre meal blood sugar goals are 70 to 130 and 2 hour post meals goal is less than 180.
You may need to increase your medication if it is not at maximum but this should be done along with your doctor.
