my mother aged 46 has taken libotryp-ds suggested by doctor , she is a diabetic patient and doctor suggested to intake libotryp-ds at night in order to avoid headache . But now after taking libotryp-ds she is feeling uneasy today for the firstime even though this is not her first dose. Why this situation arise and please suggest me any remedy now?
All medicines cause some or the other side effects, which gradually go away.
Apart from minor side effects, some patients some patients on Libotryp may experience pain or pressure build-up in the chest, irregular heartbeat, hallucinations and confusion in general.
If your mother is experiencing uneasiness, quite often, you should ask her to consult her doctor to review the dose of Libotryp.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
