What Causes Uneasiness In Stomach And Bloating?

Hi sir, i am having little uneasiness in both side of the stomach & feeling of fullness for last one week. A Dr. prescribed me Netazoxanide 500mg for 5 days but not relief. Subsequently i took albendazole 500mg & Secnidazole 1gm but no relief. Plz advice

I think both flank fullness can be fluid inside. cause can be any.If Alcohol then liver can be problem. get liver functions test then USG abdomen. If fluid it needs tapping of fluid for testing it for finding the cause.
Stop all drugs and stop any alcohol. If fever note down with thermometer. it will help. also keep watching your daily weight if increasing daily or so you are surely having fluid. treatment mostly specific to cause mostly includes Diuretics but not before tapping the fluid.
