What Causes Unilateral Headache And Severe Vomiting In A Child?

My 7 year old complained of a headache over her left eye on Thursday and was very quickly sick which instantly relieved it. She has been eating and drinking normally since but has woken me up at 1am having vomited all over her bed. The vomit was very thick and stunk more of poo than vomit? She has a slight raised temperature of 37.7 and looks very pale. Any suggestions or advice? She isn t a sickly child so out of my depth with vomiting!

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Sorry about your daughter. I will advice she sees her doctor as soon as possible. A thorough examination and investigation will be done including Full blood count and a Brain CT scan. I hope it helps.
