What Causes Unilateral Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Lower Lip And Extremities?
I have tingling and numbness in lower lip, index finger, ring and pinkie finger, down my arm and sometimes down my leg all on the right side. I also seem to be weak on the right side with some imbalance. Could this be from pinched nerves or is there something else possibly wrong?

If persistent level discomfort of particular body side, then consideration of central nervous system lesion has to be evaluated by detailed neurologic examination.
