Hello,

You are experiencing cramps. pain in the hip and shoulder muscles, your PSA count is going up But CT scan was inconclusive. PSA count commonly increase due to aging, UTI infection, cancer. In male due to prostatitis, BPH, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Urologist get required tests and investigations done. The factor causing your PSA to increase needs to be treated.

The symptoms of pain and cramps that you are experiencing are due to the side effects of Lupron shots. You are advised to inform your treating doctor regarding your symptoms so that you can be closely monitored and dosage adjusted accordingly. Stay away from addictions, do not stress. Take quality sleep and home made nutritious food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
