What Causes Unusual Heaviness In Head And Slight Dizziness?

My husband is 61 years old and has no major health problems as such. But for the last two days he has been complaining of a heaviness in the head and slight dizziness. His Blood sugar stays on the borderline. He eats a lot of sweets and salty foods.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of dizziness, and headache need to be taken seriously and I would advise you to get done some test, like EKG, ECHO, and CT of brain if this are turned unremarkable then it is nothing to worry, else positive condition need to be managed accordingly, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
