MY KNEE HAS BEEN HURTING FOR THE LAST 9 MONTHS I HAVEN T FALLEN OWN OR HIT IT NOWHERE. I WAS LYING ACROSS MY BED AND GOT UP IT WAS HURTING.THE SPECAILIST I WAS SENT TO SAY MY CARTILAGES WHERE MESS UP IN MY KEE ITKEEP SWELLING AND HURT SO BAD, WHEN WALK, WHEN A SITTING DOWN WHY IS THAT?

you have not given your age. it can be osteoarthritis. use kneecap and take tab combiflam after food for 5days. take x-ray AP and lateral view of knee joint with xray consult orthopedic surgeon for examination and further advise.
