What Causes Unusual Movement And Dried Semen At Tip Of Penis?

I ve being having this problem with my penis for almost two years. Sometime it feels like something is crawling out the tip of my penis. When I urinate, sometimes it would spary everywhere, and I find dried up semen on the tip of my penis. It don t burn until I m done urinating and even then, it s only a mild burn. I wanted to think I have a Std until I started searching on other diseases and infection. It could be a UTI but I wouldn t think it would last that long. I saw an article on candidia( if I spelled that correctly), and I though that could be it as well. I want to go see a doctor but I haven t experience nothing too big to make me go, plus I don t have insurance. Could you help me?
