Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC ..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns. ..

As per your complain her symptoms seems consistent with Tinnitus that is continuous ringing in ears and can occur due to a number of causes like Chronic Ear Infection, Physical Trauma, Eustachian tube dysfunction, Meniere's disease, vascular defects etc..
I would suggest that she should be taken to an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and investigations like Audiogram, MRI or CT Scan etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
She should also avoid exposure to loud sounds..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
