Hi Dear, Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of v unusual taste in mouth and rumbling of stomach along with sore throat which is because of heartburn/GERD. It could be because of food poisoning, gastroenteritis or strep throat. Need not to worry. I would suggest you not to go to bed with full stomach at night time, avoid spicy, citrus food , chocolate, caffeine which increases acid, avoid alcohol smoking, exercise daily. Use of medicines such as antacids, proton pump inhibitors, cimetidine, omeprazole very effective to reduce acid production and better health. For bad taste of oral cavity your warm saline rinses, antimicrobial mouthwash at least two times daily as it will kill bacteria over there and give better taste sensation. Take time to eat and eat slowly. Your symptoms will subside in 3 days. If your symptoms keeps on persisting i would suggest you to visit gastroenterologist once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. Hope your concern has been resolved.
