What Causes Unwanted Thoughts And Anxiety While On Tancodep?
Hello sir, I have been taking Tencodep 2 mg tablet per day since over 10 years. But last two weeks I do feel some unwanted thoght comes in my mind and I do anyhow control this thought but it gives me severe pyschatric problems . Please advice me I am very upset regarding this matter ?

Tancodep is imipramine that is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor generally used for depression.
I suggest you not to worry much. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive. Such a fear is carried by everyone in the world. But everyone do know they have no control over such future events and therefore it is futile to think and worry about them. Secondly, nobody has enough time to think about it. Thirdly everyone are busy living, there is no other alternative except living properly.
There is no escape in thinking what shall happen in future. with the relationship.
Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.
