Hello sir, I am prakash, having the problem of OCD and taking the fluvoxamine 50mg twice for last 2 yrs. i visited doctor for 4-5 times he advised to be continue with fluvoxin then i couldn’t go to the doc but taking the pill continuously. Unwanted thoughts have gone less but still the mind is not good some time thoughts persist, some time head aching and a kind of boundation around the head (mind) is there. Can there be some neurological problem or May it brings some damages in brain. sir what should i do? pls advice.

if MRI can diagnose the problem it would be unaffordable for me. but i have medical insurance done by my office so can i be admitted in hospital in emergency taking the severe head ache in account. sir pls help.
