What Causes Upper Abdominal Cramps And Nausea?

I have upper abdominal cramps coming and going for the past 4 days or so. I have been a bit nauseated at times as well. I am not constipated, all is good in that department. The cramps are very severe when they strike and take my breath away. Is it just a gastric bug. many thanks for your help.

Hi. You are likely having severe gastritis. Take tab pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before food for five days. Use gaviscon ten ml after food for two days. Keep your diet light and fresh. Small portions. Avoid fried foods and fizzy drinks. Drink plenty of water. You will be alright. Get well soon. Take care.
