What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Blood In Stool And Urine?

I have been having pain in my upper abdomen area for a few weeks now, for two days I have had some slight bleeding when I passed a bowel movement and today it started when I urinated as well. I thought it may be my period, but it isn t tissues definitely blood. Pregnancy tests have been coming back negative.

Hi....

Welcome to healthcare magic...

According to your complain you have problem of blood in stool and urine that may be because of hemorroid problem.

Urination tract infection also cause blood in urine.
Excessive straining and constipation problems cause more bleeding of hemmorroid.

For hemorroid treatment you have to modify your diet like avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.

Take high fiber foods like whole grains, oats etc...
Warm water sitz bath also helpful.
Stool softner can use for constipation problem.

Urin test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.

If infection of urinary tract infection present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
Consult a physician for further diagnosis.
