What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain In A Diabetic Patient?

Pain comes in waves in left side from abdomen up to almost my ribcage. Had a CT scan last Monday. Test revealed no ovarian cysts, no kidney stones & running a low grade fever. diabetic for almost 2 years now. 56 now & it feels like my period is trying to start which I haven t had one since I was 30. Please help.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, first of all such pain needs to be ruled out for gall bladder stone, if this is also not found then it could be due to hyperacidity and in my opinion it can be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 10 mg once in day hope this information helps.
