What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain In A Pilonidal Disease Suffering Person?
Hi I have pilonidial desease and have become very bloated . Weight loss despite eating well , loss of appetite lethargy and tonight had a very avute epigastric pain lasting 15 mins . I ve felt unwell for weeks generally but tonight severe abdominal pain in the liver and pancreatic are . I m pain free now , what could this be ?

Pilodinal sinus does not cause such symptoms. It may be due to indigestion or acid reflux or other gastrointestinal disturbances problem.
