What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain, Indigestion And Headache?
I have headaches daily. But have had a painful one for 3 days now. Ibuprofen 800 will not touch it. I have upper abdominal pain for 4 days. Which started with a feeling of indigestion, then heart burn, constipation, now the past 3 days nausea. I do not have insurance so hate to go to a medical clinic for it to be nothing. But on the other hand I m scared it could be serious.

I would advise you for antiacidity medicine like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids for 4-5days.
Don't take Ibuprofen empty stomach and have lots of fluids which could be responsible for your indigestion and stomach problem.
you should try to find out the cause for headache which might be related to number of conditions like change of sleep patterns, stress and anxiety, fatigue or neurological disorders.
Instead of Ibuprofen I would advise you for acetaminophen for headache.
