What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain, Loose Motions, Cramping After Gall Bladder Surgery?

Hi.after recovering from pneumonia,the hy antibiotics seem to have aggravated my stomach problems. I am a bariatic surgery patient and had gall bladder removed in 1985.my current symptoms are-severe continuous pain in upper abdomen,after loose motions,cramping pain in lower ab with burning sensation in upper ab to the throat.I take 40 mg pantoprazole morn and eve-to no effect.i cannot eat and have been on curd-rice fr amonth now.desperate.pl advise.help!

Any abdominal infection or gastritis can cause you these symptoms. Kindly get a CBC, LFT and USG abdomen done for proper evaluation and further treatment.
