Hi,

thank-you for providing the brief history of you.

Ae you mentioned you have undergone the procedure for the fall bladder I wish to ask that if later you performed any abdominal strengthening exercises. As certain times post operation the muscle strength lowers by one level and needs attention which is ignored in most cases due to pain.

Also, since it is on the costophrenic angle of The lungs and radiating in that area, I will recommend to wait for 72 hours. During that time kindly perfrom doing deep breathing , costal breathing, diaphragmatic breathing and abdominal breathing exercises. As of now please avoid hot water fermentation as if any lung infection is present we do not know so on a safer side to avoid is ideal. you can use cold therapy for the same as it will be of help to reduce the pain.

Also post 72 hours if the pain doesn't come down kindly get an x-ray done which will help to see if any lung issue is there. if the x-ray of lungs turns out negative then it will be a purely muscle spasm which will be improved on a later stages by doing the breathing exercise.

for performing the strenous core strengthening exercises you should consult your Surgeon once as to avoid any issue with the operation done in the past.

any experts advice for the benefit of our health is important than ignoring.

with the grace of God I wish you a good health.

regards
