What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain, Something Stuck In Esophagus, Heartburn, Acid Reflux?

I have been having pain in my upper abdomen in my back along with pain when I lay down or breath in. I also have trouble getting a deep breath and I also feel like I have something stuck in my esophagus, top of my rin cage. I have been suffering with heartburn & acid reflux too.
